IMEI unlocking is a method where we register your device’s International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) with Apple’s database (or authorized servers). Once your IMEI is whitelisted, any SIM card from any carrier will work with your iPhone. This process does not require physical alterations to the device and preserves your warranty.

Server-based unlocking uses specialized software on secure servers to change your device’s activation settings. Unlike IMEI whitelisting, this approach may require a brief connection to an external server via jailbreak or custom software. It is typically faster for certain models but may not work if Apple firmware updates remove compatibility.

For most iPhone models, IMEI unlocking takes approximately 12–24 hours once the order is submitted and your payment is confirmed. Server-based unlocks often finish within 6–12 hours, depending on the model and server queue. You can check real-time status in your dashboard under “Order History.”

In rare cases, an unlock may fail due to factors beyond our control (e.g., Apple firmware update, carrier lock, or blacklisted IMEI). If an IMEI unlock fails, we will refund your credited amount in full or attempt an alternative solution at no extra cost. For server-based unlocks, if the process can’t complete, we will either credit your account or refund you based on the specific situation. Please check your “Order History” for status details and contact support if needed.

Log in to your account and visit “Order History” → “IMEI Orders,” “Server Orders,” or “All Orders.” Each entry shows status (“Pending,” “In Process,” “Success,” or “Failed”), submission date, device details, price, and unlock code (if completed).

  • Within 5 minutes: You can cancel an order within 5 minutes of submission for a full refund of credits.
  • In Process: Once the order moves to “In Process,” refunds are only issued if we cannot complete the unlock due to our error. If an IMEI unlock fails for reasons beyond our control, we will either refund your credits or provide alternative options.
  • Completed Orders: Completed orders are non‐refundable. Please review model compatibility and pricing before submitting your order.

Some Apple devices (e.g., newer iPads or iMacs) use a serial number instead of an IMEI. On our “Place Order” form, simply enter the device’s serial number (at least five characters). Make sure you select “Server Unlock” if IMEI-based unlocking is not available for your model.
