UnlockingWizard provides IMEI‐based and server‐based unlocking services for Apple devices, including iPhone, iPad, MacBook, and iWatch (“Services”). Details, pricing, and estimated completion times are displayed on our Services pages.

4. Account Registration

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and update it as necessary.
• Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Placing an Order

• Order Process: When you place an order, you must provide the correct IMEI or serial number, device model, and any other required data. We are not responsible for delays or failures due to incorrect information.
• Balance & Payments: You must have sufficient account balance (credits) before submitting an order. Payments are non‐refundable once an order is in “Processing” status, unless we fail to complete the service for reasons within our control.
• Completion Time: Estimated times (e.g., “12–24 hours”) are approximate and not guaranteed. We will notify you when the service is complete or if further action is required.

6. Pricing & Billing

All prices are displayed in USD. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Your order is billed at the rate in effect when you confirm the service. Payment methods include credit/debit card or cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT). You are responsible for any transaction fees charged by payment providers.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

• Before Processing: You may cancel an order within 5 minutes of submission for a full refund of credits.
• During Processing: If an order is already “In Process,” no refund is available unless we cannot complete the unlock due to a fault on our end. In such cases, we will credit your account or provide a partial/full refund at our discretion.
• Failed Orders: Orders that fail due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., manufacturer restrictions, blacklisted device) may not be eligible for a refund, but we will attempt to assist or credit your account on a case‐by‐case basis.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use our Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws. You will not attempt to reverse‐engineer, circumvent, or abuse any part of our Site or services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, icons, images) is owned by UnlockingWizard or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
